• Shipping Time: Once your order has been produced, we will ship it to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery after production is completed.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

• Delays: While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please note that during high-demand periods, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
