All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Please review the product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery at INFO@7WXVES.SHOP.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from our customer service team.

Order Issues and Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the delivery timeframe provided, please contact us so we can investigate. If we cannot fulfill an order or a shipping delay requires your consent under applicable law, we will provide the options required by law.
